Scheduling Reservations

Reservations are recommended for spa and salon services but walk-ins are also welcome. We will do our best to accommodate you. To secure your reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out a brief guest profile sheet and a technician form that will be needed for your service.

We provide robes, slippers, towels and locker room facilities.

Cancellations

We request that you notify us of cancellations 24 hours prior to your spa appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to your credit card on file. A $25 fee per service will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation for appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the service and for no-shows.

Cell Phones

Please help preserve the peace and tranquility of My Spa My Way. Please silence your cell phones by turning them off or setting them to vibrate. Use of a cell phone is prohibited during any service.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for all services. Please call or inquire at the front desk and we will be happy to guide you in selecting the ideal gift. Gift certificates for ala carte services, spa packages or memberships are good for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gratuities

Leaving a gratuity or monetary tip is left to the discretion of the guest. It is customary to tip 15 to 20 percent of the total cost of services. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the reception desk.

Payment

My Spa My Way accepts cash, Visa Mastercard or American Express as forms of payment. State sales tax will be charged where applicable.

Refunds + Returns

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on apparel that has been worn or used, gift certificates, or any skincare products unless they are damaged. Should you need to return a purchase, you must do so within 7 days with a receipt as proof of purchase.
